We are looking for a consultant who can conduct a light spill investigation related to a detailed planning process. The assignment involves producing a professional basis regarding lighting and light spill for a planned 11-a-side artificial grass pitch, adapted for testing in the planning process.

• Conduct a light spill investigation for planned lighting related to the detailed plan.
• Produce documentation and conclusions that can be used in planning documents and decision-making materials.
• Ensure that the investigation is clear, traceable, and adapted for municipal planning processes.

• Experience in conducting light spill investigations related to detailed plans.
• Ability to deliver a written investigation report intended for the planning process.
